Whether you like to be behind the scenes or thrown into the action, we can help you get connected with several local organizations aimed at helping children, churches, non-profits, the under-privileged and the less fortunate throughout our communities. There is always a way to help with a willing heart. All we need is you!

The 10th Annual Holiday Gala from 2010
In December 2010, the annual SCFC Holiday Gala was in Hermosa Beach at Sangria!
Every year, you can count on an amazing evening of social fun, benefiting a great cause with great friends and a fantastic venue. Sangria's indoor & outdoor combination offers a great atmosphere with two major dance areas and great patio dining. The event features many exciting and fun experiences:
Casino with Fun-Money for Poker, Blackjack, Craps and Roulette
A Silent Auction with trips to Cabo, Vegas and much more!
DJs and dancing in the two rooms for your taste of music
Holiday atmosphere and decor, with tree and a visit from Santa Claus
Door prizes, raffle prizes and gift bags for everyone
Great sit-down dinner and wine bar from our sponsors
But the bottom line is that friends are able to come together dressed to impress and enjoying each other all through the night, while supporting the giving of gifts to children and their families. Once again, Roxanne Demers, Jaime Ustin, Anna Piccionni (Prank Monkey Productions), Bill Sigler (Smack Sportswear) and Chris (Prank Monkey Productions) combined efforts and gathered volunteers from around the community to benefit the unfortunate kids of families in dire situations throughout Southern California. These situations vary from incarcerated parents, drug addiction, poverty, all the way to general runaways.
This benefit Gala uses 100% of the net proceeds to purchase and distribute toys for all these children under the warmth and spirit of the Christmas season! The benefit makes an effort to share the Christmas spirit with these unfortunate children and their families.
Bill and Smack Sportswear has supported and managed the event since it's founding in 2000, helping hundreds of kids each year! It's a life-changing experience that makes a difference with your support!
